Guest guest
This is my fav bisquick recipes. It is suppose to be like the ones they serve at Red Lobster. They aren't identical, but they are utterly amazing. I've been told the difference is a result of Red Lobster using some kinda special butter/garlic sauce to that they use lard in their recipe...who knows. These aren't hard to make & anytime I make these, they go very fast. Cheddar Bay Biscuits Ingredients: 2 C. Bisquick 1/2 C. cold water 3/4 C. grated, sharp cheddar cheese 1/4 C. butter 1 tsp. parsley flakes (i've used fresh before as well) 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning Preparation: Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Mix together baking mix, cold water, and grated cheese. Roll out biscuits in a floured surface. Biscuits should be approximately one inch thick. Cut biscuits with a cutter, and place onto an ungreased baking dish. (i've used a cup before to cut out the bisquits and they came out fine) Melt butter and seasonings together. Brush with the butter and spices and bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
