Thanks for finding the vegan marshmallow recipe, Shawn. But don't you

know that when you ask questions like " what is xantham gum? " that the

little troll in me just has to find out. Goddess bless the world wide

waste of

my life (aka www.) For without the knowledge contained herein, I

thingys... " Can I please get a pound of Xantham Gum stuff, a large fries and

a Coke to go? " Yep, rolls right off the tongue. I just wanna know who the

person was that decided this stuff should be called Xantham.
