When I'm going to use milk, I too only purchase organic milk that come from humane dairy farms. I try to limit my egg consumption anyways and really only purchase eggs around Xmas when I'm baking. I get free-range eggs as well. My boyfriend's late mother was a master cook and she always prefered 'the brown eggs' anyway for flavor/consistency purposes & I think she was right. I am already excited about this group. This is my intro and I've already used one of the recipes..that I'm eating right now! I'm eating leftover rice & steamed veggies and a spinach salad with PT's Tahini salad dressing...it's utterly amazing.
