welcome to all of the new people who have joined in this past week or

so. I

have been doing a fair bit of inviting and it is nice to see some

have taken me

up on the suggestion to come check out our group.

 

Please know you are welcome to post a bit about yourself including

groups

you host or interests outside vegetarianism, share a favorite recipe

or just

weigh in on one of our current topics of discussion. Also, do check

out our

files section. I have been keeping it updated weekly and though my

organisational skills are not quite up to cookbook publishing

standards, it is

still quite easy to navigate. If you have any particular type of

recipe you are

looking for, do ask us.
