Guest guest
I agree, Pat. Vegan *can* be a very strict diet and some chilren just will *not* eat what they should to stay healthy. I'm finally able to get my son to eat tofu cubes...By frying them and calling them chicken. I've already substituted the hotdogs, corndogs, meatballs, lunchables, etc. with meatless stuff. But I really don't want him to not eat fish. There is no other way to get the Omegas, healthily...And I would not be able to get him to take fish oil. However, fish is his favorite meat. Vegetarian diet for children is hard enough - my hat is off to all the vegans successfully raising vegan children. But, I'm too scared to do that.
