Guest guest
It is nice to have you post and to come out of lurkdome. *s* Hm. I don't recall ever having a recipe for hummus artichoke wraps. You can check the files section here and see if it is there, but I really don't think it sounds familiar, unless someone else posted it and I placed it there. I can always do a search and find it for you though; I'd be happy to that. I just need a bit more information. Was it a recipe for a wrap as in tortilla wrap? Or was the hummus wrapped in a dough made from artichoke hearts and flour? Sounds quite yummy, and like something I would enjoy as well. BTW, congratulations on the healthier lifestyle and weightloss report. You sound like you are doing great. I guess that is the trick really; watching the intake of fats and carbs. I know when I became a vegetarian at first I gained weight! I think it was a combination of several factors, but the main one being I was so enthusiastic and wanted to try a bunch of foods, began cooking more etc; plus the food just tasted so good. Another factor was probably the increase in eating cheese and high fat/carb items. I eventually figured it all out and have settled into a healthier way of doing things; moderation being the key.
