Guest guest
I found this recipe while at my sister in laws house, I was reading one of her cookbooks... I like it because it doesn't have any milk in it and I have always loved custards.... the recipe was in " Cookbook 25 years, Women of the Farm Bureau " and was submitted by Nancy REagan. Enjoy! Genie Pumpkin Pecan Pie 4 slightly beaten eggs 2 c. canned pumpkin 1 c. sugar 1/2 c. dark corn syrup 1 t. vanilla 1/2 t. cinnamon 1/4 t. salt 1 c. chpped pecans. Combine all but the pecans. Pour into an unbaked 9 inch pie shell. Top with pecans. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until set. \ Web Hosting - Let the expert host your site
