My kids like this over noodles and a friend of mine uses in Green Peppers for

stuffed peppers. I suppose you could do all sorts of things with it.

Vegetarian Delight

 

 

 

1 package Morning Star meat substitute crumbles

 

4 tablespoons canola oil

 

1 medium onion, chopped

 

1 pound (16 ounces) noodles

 

1 can (16 ounces) tomato with garlic or onion

 

1 tablespoon brown sugar

 

2 tablespoons garlic, minced

 

 

 

Brown crumbles in oil in skillet; add onion and brown. Cook noodles in water

and drain. Add tomatoes with juice, brown sugar and garlic. Mix together and

simmer about 15 minutes.

This sounds delicious and very easy to fix. I will definately be giving this one
