Yes, and they're also supportive in other ways, such as my wife taking

T'ai Chi with me, and meeting me for her lunch hour to walk on non-T'ai

Chi days, etc.

Watch the mercury and heavy metals and dioxins and such in fresh fish.

Processed oil may be better.

Mine was originaly health, too, although I must admit the ethical

considerations do creep in.

Sites such as www.vegetariantimes.com often have lists of the good

brands, and some are indeed store brands.. You don't have to spend alot

to get good ones.

I'm not a flax fan, although I'll eat some seeds on rolls or in bread,

in a 9 or 15 grain mix.

So do I. They make excellent sugar-free candies, and chocolates

especially. If you use them properly, they're fine -- high calorie, but

low carb, relatively. I often like a taste of chocolate after a meal to

switch my brain off the hunger mode. Works, too.

That's true, and did you hear the latest about doctors finding that

certain proteins may be more important than cholesterol in determining

heart-attack risk? I'll do a search for an article about it later.

I really want to be there for my kids, my wife, and hell yes, even for

grandkids! (But not just yet, my eldest is only 16.)
