Guest guest
When I was out this weekend grocery shopping I ran across a light Philadelphia brand garden vegetable spread in a tub. It is very good on veggie sandwiches, and my daughter loves it on bagels. I am using it to replace regular mayo since all this talk about cholesterol. This is healthier and more flavorful, IMO. Here are the nutrition facts for those who may be interested: serving size: 2 Tbs calories 60 / fat calories 40 total fat 4.5g total carb 3g saturated fat 2.5g fiber 0 cholest. 15mg sugars 2g sodium 180mg protein 3g Okay so it isn't totally healthy, but when compared to regular mayo it is much better. ;-) ~ P_T ~ Everything you've learned in school as `obvious' becomes less and less obvious as you begin to study the universe. For example, there are no solids in the universe. There's not even a suggestion of a solid. There are no absolute continuums. There are no surfaces. There are no straight lines. -R.
