Guest guest
Those sound so yummy! Thank you! I am always hunting for easy ways to find protien, beans by themselves aren't my favorite. Diet hint, try grad schoool. In the last 6 months of stress and worry, I've lost 15 pounds and didn't try. It's my lowest adult weight ever! I'm still within normal, I think, but it actually concerns me a bit, I guess I need to pay more attention to what I eat, or don't. The clouds are coming back and it's supposed to rain all weekend again. Boo hoo. At least it was nice for all the ghosts out last night. I have a question though, so forgive my ignorance. When it mentions in the instructions on how to mix the beans with the paddle attachment until they are " starchy " , does that mean they become semi-mashed? LOL I was not sure myself so I just assumed that they meant mashed but not mushy?? Thats what a lot of my bean recipe specify so I thought that was what they were getting at. Perhaps someone else can help us out! With kindness, beth ~ P_T ~ <patchouli_troll wrote:, Beth Skeen <boomothergoose> wrote: > Saute' onions, garlic, red pepper and Jalapeno, set aside to cool.
