Guest guest
This sounds very good; much like that other potato salad recipe I posted earlier. Though I have yet to try this one, I like the addition of the hot pepper sauce. I bet it will be delicious. Garden Potato Salad 1 1/2 lbs red potatoes, quartered 3/4 lb fresh green beans, halved 10 cherry tomatoes, halved 1 small onion, chopped Dressing: 1/2 cup olive oil 1/4 cup cider vinegar 2 Tbs lemon juice 2 Tbs Dijon mustard 2 tsp dried basil 2 garlic cloves, minced 1 1/4 tsp sugar 1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce Cook potatoes in boiling salted water for 8 minutes. Add beans; return to a boil. Cook for 5 minutes or until the beans are crisp tender and the potatoes are just tender; drain and cool. Place in a large bowl and add the tomatoes and onion. Combine dressing ingredients; pour over the salad and toss. Refrigerate. Yield: 12 servings ~ P_T ~ It often happens that those of whom we speak least on earth are best known in heaven. -Nicolas Caussin, preacher and moralist (1583-1651)
