I make pudding with lactose free milk and it's yummy! Unfortunatly, they don't

make lactose free in organic milk, which is sad. But, as I don't often buy it,

I don't feel so guilty. And, real pudding is so wonderful! Dreyers also has a

lactose free ice cream out, vanilla bean only, but it is great! Even my

boyfriend eats it. For butter, I use Brummel and Brown since it is made with

yogurt. (I'd do real butter if I could.) I remember taking organic chemistry

and studying the cis and trans configurations of molecules long before it became

a major health issue. Just goes to show you never know when you'll acutally use

some useless piece of information that they made you learn years ago!

The sun came out for one day this week, we're back to clouds again today. At

least no rain predicted. I think that this proves that I can't live in England,

all that dreary weather... Now it is " cold " here in south Texas. I may have to

bake cookies tonight to heat the house up!

Have a great day. (Now off to the grocery to buy stuff to make pudding!)
