Guest guest
People are always pleasantly surprised at the different flavor when they are expecting the same old deviled eggs. Be sure to take a few copies of the recipe if you take these to a picnic. Mexi-Deviled Eggs 8 hard cooked eggs 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1/4 cup mayonnaise 1/4 cup salsa 2 Tbs sliced green onion 1 Tbs sour cream salt and pepper Slice eggs in half lengthwise; remove yolks and set aside white. In a small bowl, mash yolks with cheese, mayonnaise, salsa, onions, sour cream and salt. Stuff into egg white. Refrigerate until serving. Yield: 16 servings ~ P_T ~ A committee is a cul-de-sac down which ideas are lured and then quietly strangled. -Barnett Cocks
