That recipe Macaroni with spinach cream sauce does sound DELICIOUS. For Christmas party at my daughter's school a few years ago, the kids had to make something that was the grossest thing and they had to eat it as well. Well I didn't want to have my child get really sick or anything so what I did was made her this sandwich with peanut butter and spinach leaves. Would you believe she told me that she won for having the grossest sandwich, because it had spinach in it. ROFL Can't remember what the prize was. But she ended up telling me that she really liked the sandwich. LOLOL That chili even sounds good too. YUMMMMMM But isn't that a lot of cumin that is added in there, Allison. I've never tired cumin but I always thought it was hot like curry powder or chili powder. Just wondering. I see I need to at least try it huh. LOL Well I have some good news. Went grocery shopping and bought SILK soymilk and I had a little bit of it and found it very good. I couldn't believe it. LOLOL Well now I can make the fruit shakes that I make for breakfast and use the soymilk instead of the skim. I'm slowly getting away from dairy products. Well take care.
