Their food is WONDERFUL and I greatly miss their resturant that I used to frequent... I was in Peace Corps at the time and they had a resturant in Santo Domingo near the US Embassy... cheap and always great. The great thing about them is they only served food, not religion... I would love to know the name of that cookbook, too. I can usually troll up a place online to buy even the most obscure or out-of- print book if I have a title.
