OH Anne that's so cool. My dad has visited the Punjab

area back in the 60's when we were there. Oh wow. I

was born in Nagpur and so was my 2nd oldest brother.

One thing I really miss about India besides the good

vegetarian rice and curry is also on the streets there

were some men along the way who would sell roasted

corn. And they would flavor it with some really great

spices. Oh boy I better stop cause I'm getting hungry

just thinking about it. LOLOL Thanks for this

information about the Indian food.

 

I'm sure you'll like the Mexican ground blend in you

taco or burritos that you make. It really is good and

nice and spicy too.

 

I didn't hear about the ground beef. I did find tho

what you typed was very interesting tho. I think meat

is getting more and more unsafe to eat and more and

more people are going the way of Vegan.

Well I did get to see the beautiful Taj Mahal, which

was my favorite to see. I went to school that was

located in the Himalayan mountains called Vincent Hill

School. I can hardly wait to get that recipe that

you'll send Shawn. Sounds SO yummy. I make one kind of

rice and curry, which is with mushroom soup. I'm

getting rather tired of it tho. In fact I made it

tonight. I only use one egg in it but I love it better

with fry-chik (Worthington brand). I will have to

think of some things that happened to me when living

in India. I know it was never a dull moment but it has

been sometime since I've been there. One thing I do

remember is once a month, the school would let the

girls go, either in the morning or afternoon and the

boys would go the opposite time. Didn't want the girls

and boys mixing you know. LOL And we had to walk up

the mountain side to get to Mussouri - downtown. Of

course there were 2 ways to get there, the long way

which was much easier but boy it took forever to get

there. The short cut was climbing up this mountain

path. One time when we were going there was a wasp

nest right in the path way. WOW that was something.

Yes we got stung and IT HURT. LOL Well that is one
