bad, especially the Italian flavor. There is a Mexican Vege ground too and that

is nice and hot if you like it with your tacos or something. That is really

good. "

I don't know about the rest of you, but I really like the veggie ham slices by

Yves. I haven't tried the turkey since I never really cared much for turkey even

when I was eating meat. I think ham is really the only meat item I miss from

those days.

My family really likes the Yves brand veggie ground round in tacos; and they

eat meat. I haven't tried the Mexican or the Italian blends yet, since I like to

just have a plain base to add my own seasonings to. I should give them a try

though and see how they work in certain dishes.

Speaking of ground beef and all, did anyone hear on the news today about

how studies are showing eating ground beef can increase breast cancer

risks? I know those medical studies keep coming out that this and that

cause cancer, but given all the other risks associated with eating ground

beef, I just don't ever serve it here to my family, even though they eat other

meats. Just doesn't seem safe anymore and the vegetarian alternatives are

better tasting, IMO.

Hope you are all having a nice Wednesday!
