From the Heart

I weigh 285 pounds and stand six feet tall. I am fat. I am not proud

of it, either. I deeply regret the chronic depression and sedentary

lifestyle that made me this way, and suffer the consequences in having

both diabetes and having had a heart attack at age 40.

 

PETA is right. Carrying extra weight is hard on your heart, and eating

poorly, especially meat, directly contributes to high cholesterol,

arteriosclerosis, and other cardio-vascular diseases.

 

This other group is a twink group, easily ignorable.
