Guest guest
Pumpkins seeds are sweeter and a touch more slippery inside, and you eat the whole thing, nothing to spit out. They are very good roasted from a fresh pumpkin, and you can of course use the flesh of the pumpkin to make all sorts of good dishes, too. In fact, my wife bought one to make some pumpkin soup one day this week. mmm. We will roast the seeds, too. The ones they sell are coated in salt, by the way.
