Mmmmmmmmm Quick Vegetable Salad 1 can (16oz) whole kernel corn, drained 1 large tomato, seeded and chopped 1/2 cup chopped celery 1/2 cup chopped cucumber 1/3 cup finely chopped green pepper 1/4 cup chopped onion 1/4 cup low-fat sour cream 2 Tbs low-fat mayonnaise 1 Tbs red wine vinegar 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp celery seed pepper to taste In a large bowl, combine the vegetables. In another small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients; gently blend into the salad. Serve immediately.
