We even served it to my father who ate three servings, then suddenly looked up and said, " All right, what did you do? Make one just for me? " My wife's advice is to make it a few times and you'll eventually find the right proportions and texture and so on. More or less spinach, for instance, will shift the taste, of course, and the flavor of sauce you prefer, etc. Works very well, and is making me hungry for this. We usually serve it with some nice crusty bread to pull apart, and a green salad of some kind.
