Guest guest
This makes a wonderful addition to any meal, IMO. I have even served it as a light dessert during the summer. I have a family of 4, and this recipe claims to serve 6; again I must be way more generous as 4 servings are all I manage to get out of it. *lol* To lighten it up even more, I have always used non-fat yogurt. I have also played around and used other fruit flavors, even vanilla, and with good results. It is kind of hard to screw up fruit salad. Breakfast Fruit Salad 2 cups cubed cataloupe 2 large red apples, chopped 1 cup green or red grapes 1 medium firm banana, sliced 1/2 cup lemon yogurt 1 Tbs orange juice In a serving bowl, combine the fruit. Combine the yogurt and orange juice and drizzle over fruit. Yield: 6 servings ~ P_T ~ Nature is trying very hard to make us succeed, but nature does not depend on us.
