FANTASTIC brand taco mix, which comes dried in a box -- you mix with

water and a touch of oil -- has nothing bad in it either, and is very

tasty. Also can be waved, which makes it handy.

 

It's even inexpensive.

Good idea. Sounds wonderful and easy. I am having one hell of a time

finding FANTASTIC brand boxed mixes around here... at least in my regular

market where I buy alot of my vegetarian foods. I may have to visit their

website since I have been wanting to try the " meat " loaf mix you'd mentioned

before. I think the last time I tried their web address they were under

construction.

 

Sometimes though it is just a matter of being the squeaky wheel, and

requesting your grocer carry certain brands and items. I have a few other

places to look, and if I don't find them I will ask.
