Hmm, there seems to be a strange number of Sherri's (or variations)

on this list! I'm Sherri in Maryland and am not totally vegetarian,

either. I still eat poultry and seafood when I eat out. But if I

cook at home, it's usually vegetarian.

 

I would love quick and easy dinners that I can prepare at home on

nights we have something like karate or soccer (they always seem to

fall at dinner time... and I'm sick of fast food).

 

I'd also love to know what crockpot main dishes you all like.
