for those who read the whole article, please note " vitamin D from the sunlight exposure is still the best way. "

I second this. It isn't just the vitamin D. I've been doing a lot of research about biophotonic energy -- the energy from the sun -- and this plays a major role in nutrition. This is why nutrition from wild edibles is better than what is grown in greenhouses and commercial farms.

I see so many people rushing to pop a vitamin D supplement....save your money AND get better results with a little sunshine. If you're fearful of skin cancer, use some coconut or sesame oil. Prevents burns while still allowing exposure. I've been using it for a couple of years now with great results -- and not only am I prone to burning, I'm in the highest risk category for melanoma.
