greetings family, regarding the allopathic illness of 'high blood pressure', this is a simple matter of perceptibility. when our heart beats, it sends a pressure-wave or pulse throughout the entire body. regardless of a physical clogging into a blood vessel or not, the heart communicates nerve impulses along the entire circulatory system. allopathy focuses on the physical contraction and expansion of blood vessels, yielding a 'point of pressure' relative to the impedance of blood flow from an artificially induced counter-pulse by increasing the external air pressure around a part of the body chosen by them instead of your intuition and uncommon sense. essentially, measuring the change in resistance of blood flow after applying pressure that did not exist before is

flawed science. to extrapolate from such a measuring of ones 'pressure' says very little if anything in the most realistic terms. also, the underlying causes are negative emotions/thoughts, any form of processed sugar into our bodies, heart breaks~aches, 'what time is it?'-based environments and the endless mind chatter that is happening nowi suggest meditation as number one, in the most pristine environment that is findable. until the mind becomes as serenity, the heart will always beat at least somewhat 'out of tune'. "stress" is so accountable for nearly every illness now, as if it had a unified meaning which still is nonexistent. furthermore, the branding of a person as having this so-named affliction can have psychological effects that merely compound this symptom of unbalanced lifestyle~environment. unlearning. . .Pura Vida~RezzJaniece Kennedy <sscoopjk Sent: Tue, April 20, 2010 7:26:34 PMRe: high blood pressure

I recommended chlorella to a friend who had experienced chronic high bp his adult life. His pressure dropped by 20 points. But it consistently remained normal after turning his business over to his daughter. Stress can play a big part. Sugars and processed starches contribute to bp issues too by causing the heart to over-work--required to pump blood through too many miles of sluggish blood vessels. I am slim, mostly raw (and 100% vegetarian), walk 2 miles daily 69yo. Recently in doctor office my blood pressure (systolic) was too high. Had this prob before (white coat hypertension) because I do get anxious easily and used to take it at home regularly, last time was in January and my results were good. Well took it the other day at home and systolic was high although I was abit nervous. Now I am worried I will end up on bp meds, not because a doctor tells me to but because I keep reading about strokes etc. Has anyone had high bp and been ok trying natural ways to get it down? Am doing just about all raw now btw. Thanks for any help and encouragement, this is really stressing me out which is not going to help me plus now fearful of taking it again :( hette
