Are you interested in spiritual growth? Do you want to establish a consistant meditation practice?  Do you desire to learn more about connecting to your inner-self? 

Then join us for a six (6) week Spiritual Development Circle as we explore and develop a connection with our higher self. Spiritual practices such as meditation, prayer, yoga and contemplation develop an individual's inner life; such practices lead to an experience of connectedness with a larger reality; a more comprehensive self. You will enhance your intuition and learn how to communicate with your inner self through meditation. 

The goal is to assist you with having a spiritual connection in everything you do in life; to allow your life to flow gently. Meditation is followed by sharing, questions, and insights. This will be a fun, informative, and energy awakening class. The spiritual development 

circle is an ongoing class which meets each week for six weeks. This circle will lay the groundwork for a continued spiritual practice for you and like-minded individuals. Each week we will build on what is learned, therefore it is best if you attend each week. Thus, a commitment to attending all of the sessions and pre registration is required.   Investment: $120 ($20 per session) for entire six (6) week

Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is a simple and effective form of hands on healing that uses Universal Life Energy to help dissolve problems in the body, mind, and spirit. It is a natural approach to healing that is safe, gentle and non-invasive. 

Join us in this experiential workshop which meditatively attunes you to the Reiki powerful energies. This full day workshop will explore: the History of Usui Reiki, the Reiki Principles & Philosophy, Ethics, Energy healing including the chakra system, grounding and centering yourself, self care before and after a Reiki session, and how to conduct a typical Reiki session. You will receive a Reiki I attunement. 

This workshop will prepare you to perform Reiki on yourself, on friends and  family and on plants and animals.

 Usui Reiki II Training   Saturday, May 15, 2010 

10AM-5PM Reiki II builds upon Reiki level I training. In this experiential workshop, learn the Reiki symbols, how to draw them, and how to use them in your healing sessions. Participants learn five methods of absentee/distant healing as well as how to empower your goals with Reiki. You will receive a level II attunement.
