First Healthy Solutions would like to apologize for not keeping you all updated. The co-op has been functioning and we did not send emails out to let everyone know the site was open. That was my error.With that said the site is open for orders www.producecoop.com. Orders are due by noon on friday, if we have extra's we will send another email out and keep the site open for extra items.

We are doing some different things with the co-op.

1) We are hosting markets and will send out a list of market locations in the very near future.

2) We are hosting groups or individuals would like like to host a co-op pick up and will deliver to you to do so.

3) We are distributing to various organizations and business.

4) We will so be starting doing a value added line of items (fruit cups and veggies to start).

5) We are starting a small farm.

 

6) We have a new website for Healthy Solutions so check it out!

7) Lastly, we are working with more African American farmers and hope to have more items on the co-op list (all items will still be organically produced - however the some of the farmers are not yet certified - which is another project we are doing to help get more african american producers certified as well!)

I apologize for the lack of communication. Co-op pick ups will be at Riverside and at Valley Avenue this coming saturday. A market will be held at the Senior Wellness Center this coming Tuesday and I will send more information on that shortly.
