Guest guest
Rezz, The written word sometimes can cause great misinterpretation because it misses the pitch, tone, emphasis and body language of verbal communication. It also misses the immediate opportunity to ask the speaker for clarification. It can be one-sided and cold and unfortunately gives people with bad intent the opportunity to strike blows from afar. Unfortunately, we are moving away from personal interactions into more of this distant realm so this will come up again in many circles. Because this is increasing, I will continue to assume every one's intent was not to do harm but purely to communicate thoughts, feelings and opinions. Let's have some productive conversations about continuing on the path to health and wellness which we are all trying to do. I enjoyed your email about Honduras. Have you located a healthy community of people or resources close by Pedro Sula? I would be interested in hearing more about your experiences there especially in terms of local foods and health options. I will return to Honduras but the closest I will be to you is La Ceiba which is I think about 2 to 3 hours away. I have never been to Pedro Sula and would be interested in hearing more. With love to my family, Kat
