Guest guest
greetings family, it has been a notation in mind of period quibbles and confusions being dispensed through this very list-serve again... recently, such as hating on Skai and a word~assault on myself for simply suggesting a source to obtain goji berries. i did not dignify the assault with a direct response because my feeling is that it will amplify, distract and counteract the very intentional reasons that we share information in this forum. why all the judgments, critiques & negational assessment of one another? raw food and negative vibes mixing? how? the question for myself as well as everyone else reading this now is why is recapturing a negative thought/criticism about someone else apparently so easy for us? does any of this discourse really progress Raw Soul? where is the real talk on this? can we regroup to solution orientations now?currently, i have been living in costa rica & honduras. presently in san pedro sula, honduras, where local people do not enjoy salads here at all. small cooked red beans, flour tortillas and parboiled white rice are the daily things here with very little variety in preparations. the exchange is that you have bountiful fruit harvests already ripened before reaching street vendors/market for the most part. avocados are always ripe and multiple varieties are plentiful here! yet, the locals do not have the cultural lenses we share in perceiving values in fresh ripe local non-commercial foods' availabilities. example: small mexico black avocados that we are use to enjoying are around $0.25 a piece on streets here, though when ordering in sit-down restaurants they are stingy with them. the city here is around 2 million now, much greater in geography than dc. simply sharing perspectives is my intent in this instance. please receive openly.~Rezzp.s. much respect to Khepra for keeping live food on-tap in dc!p.p.s. water & salt: Alchemy of all cuisines.: suggested documentary Water: The Great Mystery {english version}
