Henna Therapeutic Adornment with Zahra We all know henna is beautiful, adorning women's bodies for centuries, but did you know that henna is also healing? This all natural cosmetic dye is a medicinal herb. Zahra will share some of the therapeutic properties of this special plant and give a solid sole demonstration. Learn how to use henna for healing as well as beautification.

Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is a simple and effective form of hands on healing that uses Universal Life Energy to help dissolve problems in the body, mind, and spirit. It is a natural approach to healing that is safe, gentle and non-invasive. Join us in this experiential

workshop which meditatively attunes you to the Reiki powerful energies. This full day workshop will explore: the History of Usui Reiki, the Reiki Principles & Philosophy, Ethics, Energy healing including the chakra system, grounding and centering yourself, self care before and after a Reiki session, and how to conduct a typical Reiki session. You will receive a Reiki I attunement. This workshop will prepare you to perform Reiki on yourself, on friends and family and on plants and animals. Class size is
