----- Forwarded Message ----- The Daily Raw Inspiration from Jinjee at TheGardenDiet.com <infoWed, December 23, 2009 5:00:48 AMThe Daily Raw Inspiration - Raw Christmas Carob Snow-Ball Recipe!My kids loved this recipe, I made last night....and it looks really pretty and Christmas-y too, with all the coconut sprinkles!Raw Christmas Carob Snow-Balls1 cup raw almond butter2 tablespoons raw honey2 tablespoons raw carob powder1 teaspoon orange zest (finely grated peel of one orange.... easiest to grate while the peel is on the orange; a firm orange preferably)dash of salt1/2 cup shredded dried coconutStir all the ingredients except the coconut in a bowl until thoroughly mixed

together. Roll the resulting mixture in to 1" balls. Put the shredded coconut on a plate, and roll the balls around in it.
