They do not require a dehydrator so you can be sure to be hydrated constantly. The menus are designed to help keep you on track, for those who just can't come up with their on recipes, for those who may want to lose or gain weight and there's a 7 day suggested plan for your kids. Although many of the menu items can be found in your local farmer's, whole foods or other fresh markets there may be some that are not. In those instances you'll need to do what you know to do best by improvising and begin creative. Go For It and Enjoy!
