I did a water fast today, and am loving the feeling of "traveling light". I had seven realizations, or as Storm calls them, "healizations" that I have blogged about...Here they are in short form (click on the blog links below for the full story)....1. When fasting, I have more energy for others.2. I had more energy for thinking.3. It was easy to stay on the water fast after saying no once or twice to food. It just became a habit. 4. My synapses are firing faster. Not only did I feel like I had a jet-pack strapped on me, but I was able to move faster.5. My emotions got in line! 6. I am drinking more water!7. I'm clear as a bell.
