CHEFS SUSAN and MICHELLE of "MOSTLY RAW CATERING" will be doing a Raw Food Demo at Arnolds Way, TOMORROW, Sunday, Dec 6, 2009 at the "RAWSOME FOOD, MUSIC & YOGA FESTIVAL!", 2:30 p.m. in Lansdale, PA! Festival starts at noon - 10pm

 

The chefs will be making "rainbow thai veggie wraps" and "chocolate bliss balls"! The veggie wraps are succulent treats of shredded rainbow colored veggies wrapped in savoy cabbage with a scrumptious thai "peanut" sauce. Bliss balls are a mouthfull of chocolately goodness! If you've had one, you know...they are blissssss.....! Come and learn how to make them! * Chef Michelle, also an opera singer, will be entertaining with her beautiful voice at 2pm. * Chef Susan will be telling her healing story of transformation on raw at 4pm.

Susan and Michelle are long term living foodists who know the benefits of delicious healthy living foods and how they radically benefit health. Susan is a Registered Nurse, Certified Fitness Trainer and Living Foods Health Teacher who has lost 50 lbs, and a tumor! Michelle is a private raw chef and teacher and has lost over 160 lbs during her 3 year raw vegan career. Several of her recipes and her amazing story were published in Lisa Montgomery's recent book, "Raw Inspiration"!

 

Susan and Michelle recently catered a 200 person event in honor of Bernard Michael Beckwith of "The Secret"! Their "mostly raw" Hors d'Oeuvres, drinks and desserts were an absolute smash hit! "Mostly Raw" means that two of the twelve dishes they created for the event used cooked beans. All of the other dishes were raw vegan. Dishes like herb walnut stuffed mushrooms, pesto pizza, blackbean garlic salad, thai broccoli tantalized all! Everything was so yummy!
