will be traveling to Capitol Heights,

MD to offer Level 1 and Level 2

Certification classes on November 7 & 8th.

Level 1:  offered Saturday, Nov 7th, 10 am –

1 pm      

Prerequisites:  NONE

Level 2:  (level 2 consists of two parts – you must

take both to be certified)

Part 1:  Saturday 

November 7   2 – 6 pm

Part 2:  Sunday, November 8   11 am – 4 pm

Prerequisites: Must have been

certified as Level 1 Chef.  You can take

Level 1 and Level 2 this same weekend.

Level 1 is a one-day course certifies you as an Alissa Cohen

Living on Live Foods Raw Foods Chef. The class is approximately 3 - 3.5 hours

long. It costs $130 per person. Alissa Cohen sets the price and receives 20% of

each tuition. We are offering this course on Saturday morning, November 7th.

 

Level 2 is a two day class that certifies you

as an Alissa Cohen Living on Live Foods Teacher. We'll be meeting on Saturday

AND Sunday afternoon and you must attend

both sessions to be certified at Level 2.. This is a more intensive class,

goes into dehydrating, sprouting, detoxing, gourmet meals, etc. The cost as set

by Alissa Cohen is $650 per person (We will cover the $19 paypal surcharge).

She receives 20% of each tuition. Once you receive your Level 2 certification,

you can teach classes for Level 1 as Scott and I do.

 

For your convenience, I am setting up paypal for both classes if you'd like to

pay via credit card or debit card. You can also pay with cash (exact amount

please) or money order (made out to cash) at the class. You can pay through the

Certified Living on Live

Foods Teacher Scott Meyers has been

vegetarian and mostly raw since April, 2006. He is well-known and in demand for

his sprouting expertise and delicious flax crackers.  He is a graduate of the Hippocrates Institute

Life Change program.  Since incorporating

raw and living foods into his diet, Scott has lost 30 lbs, lowered his

cholesterol, and has more energy, joy and less guilt.  Scott no longer quietly justifies the

existence of an inhumane animal factory farming system because of his perceived

need for meat. “If one is generally healthy, eating raw can be as easy as

eating fruit for breakfast and salad for lunch, drinking vegetable juices and

including some raw dishes to keep things interesting. It takes a little work,

yet it is so worth it and it is exciting to create personal changes that have

positive influence on the planet.”

 

Arianna Rose,

Certified Living on Live Foods Chef & Instructor and 21-year

vegetarian/vegan, has been 98-100% raw since October 2007 and has had a total

life transformation on every level.  She

has done lectures/demos at the Raw Spirit Festival East Coast and the Yoga/Raw

Foods Expo in NYC.  She was the chef of

the Rockaway Raw Café at the Blue Firmament Holistic

Center in Rockville Center, NY.  Arianna is a former kitchen manager of Gnosis

Raw Chocolates and the owner of “Rockaway Raw – A Living Foods Lifestyle for a

Healthier You”.  She is the founder and

organizer of the highly successful Rockaway Raw Meetup group with monthly

potlucks, raw food prep classes, and social events in NYC.  She served as Volunteers Manager for the Raw

Spirit Festivals 2009.   Arianna is

well-known in the New York

community for her incredibly delicious raw desserts – ice creams, pies, and

cakes to satisfy the most demanding sweet tooth.  Arianna is a veteran juice-feaster - over 164

days in 2008-2009 to date and is a gregarious Green Smoothie Seductress!  She coaches clients in setting up raw

kitchens, preparing meals and juice feasts.   

Her popular ‘un-cooking’ classes have been taught in Long Island, the

Rockaways, Maryland/DC, and New York

City.
