Hello to all the members of Rawsoul..I am new to being a raw vegan and am

looking to grow in the knowledge of being a raw vegan for myself due to medical

issues and for the sharing of this lifestyle with others. I am happy to say I

was introduced to this group by Elaine Rice-Fells and find it to be a priviledge

to have so many who are gifted in knowing how to eat to live. I will continue to

share my experiences and my progress with you all and am open to receiving

recipes as I am still experiencing new ones. Wishing you all success and
