We had a very busy summer, with travel to Toronto, Rochester, Syracuse, Asheville, Shelby,Nashville, Virginia Beach, Richmond, Poolesville, Silver Springs, Rockville,and Baltimore, teaching seminars, and participating in the Raw Spirit Festival.We are so encouraged to see the growing number of people in cities big and small, coming to learn about raw food preparation and lifestyle.
