Am I wanting love and attention? Am I wanting nurturing care? Am I wanting rest? Perhaps I feel sad or angry and I am just wanting to eat over the top of my feelings instead of actually feeling them. Take a few minutes and breathe deeply into your stomach while being present with whatever feelings you notice and surprise yourself with how quickly they pass.- Christopher John, http:/www.RawVeganVillage.comIn Joy!Jinjeehttp://www.TheGardenDiet.comToday's Message Sponsored By Three Solitary Birds: http://www.ThreeSolitaryBirds.com The following information is a reminder of your current mailing list subscription: You can email Jinjee at jinjeetalifero
Guest guest
Blessings Family, It's been a while since I've written but i think of everyone I've been priveleged to have met often and I appreciate your supportive presence. Elaine, thank you for sharing this with everyone. I've actually printed it and I will be placing it on my refrigerator. I believe there is also a book about emotional healing called Raw Emotions by Angela Stokes. The other issue I've discovered that initially helped me when I first made the transition to a raw vegan diet was the need for nutritional supplementation to overcome the toxic cravings our bodies have become addicted to. While speaking with one of David Wolfe's customer service people I discovered a product made up of four different types of algaes formulated into a gel capsule and when ingested with lots and lots of water a few times a day, I definetly began to feel stronger and less desiring of the glutenous/sweet and salty stuffs that i seem to fall into when times are especially hard (like now!) These pills, like most things, are somewhat costly, and I am waiting for the time when I can repurchase them and start over. I am drinking a tablespoon of chlorophyll in warm water with lemon every morning, hoping that is good for me. The raw vegan journey, like everything, is best when shared within a loving and supportive family and/or community of friends. I wish everyone walking this conscious path the highest awareness knowing that this truly is the path of love. Thanks for being here Pam E.
