Guest guest
Greetings family, a reminder for our collective/personal evolutions: two recent documentary films of excellent content and production suggestions are Food, Inc. (2009) & FoodMatters(2008) in all efforts to summarize such massive amounts of information/advice for our nutritional lifestyles [what to drink/eat and not to put into our bodies], i humbly propose that intuition is our best wisdom for deciding “what is/isn't right for us†overall. what substitute is there for experience? eventually going beyond such claims as being on a particular “diet†or regime, we simplify with fundamental nourishments: pure water, fresh pressed/squeezed juices, herbal teas, ocean greens (sea grasses), land greens, melons, berries, tree fruits and sprouts. embracing probiotics is key for vibrancy, literally. mushrooms(fungi) grow by way of radiant energies in harmony with earth, not by way of sunlight (photosynthesis). they are natural composters & recyclers of soil. the quality of soil or ocean activates the vibrancy in the whole foods. minerals are always key to open enzymes Radiant Awareness, ~Rezz p.s. high-quality juicers yield the most viable nutrient-rich juices possible...
