Among the links i found here there was a person explaining that as he matures and fine-tunes his body/food alchemy (my expression) he needs less and less food. This is really an interesting concept and hard to " swallow " in our environment of diversity, consumerism, where we'd need 4 bodies to try all that incredibly healthy food.
