that much to function properly.  whatever activities you undertake depletes the

water in your body, thus to maintain optimal functioning you have to replace the

water.  some say one glass of water for every hour your are awake or an ounce

for each pound of body weight, that comes up to about four liters or so.  i

drink a little extra as i live in the desert and it has been extra hot this

year.  even though it sounds like a lot, after you drink that much for about

three or four days your body adjusts and the elimination phase will slow down.

greetings belit,

indeed i believe with good scientific evidence

that human belongs to the great African ape

family together with bonobo, chimpanzee and

gorilla, so the original habitat is the rain

forest and natural food what we can take bare

hands; so most of us not living in the original

habitat have reconstruct it with added tools

and added resource or move to it, both are not

too easy, ha ha!

As for water i have no doubt about its powerful

regenerating function because i was afflicted

with gout since i was 23 while working in the

desert, and had regular fits of intense pain

and impossibility to walk without crutches,

i went through all the possible diagnosis, RMI

and other hospital analysis in Paris, until ten

years later a Japanese student in his seventies

with good experience told me, " when you have

your gout fits, drink loads of water " ... and

the problem was instantly solved!

I thanked the man by offering him a whole box

of these Italian dictionaries, methods and

CD, he loved. :-)

Food doesn't look like much in the consumer's

turmoil but i'm sure this readership has many

stories and anecdotes about " this one person "

who gave the simplest timely, opportune advice

and literally saved a life once.

take care

eric
