As for water i have no doubt about its powerful regenerating function because i was afflicted with gout since i was 23 while working in the desert, and had regular fits of intense pain and impossibility to walk without crutches, i went through all the possible diagnosis, RMI and other hospital analysis in Paris, until ten years later a Japanese student in his seventies with good experience told me, " when you have your gout fits, drink loads of water " ... and the problem was instantly solved! I thanked the man by offering him a whole box of these Italian dictionaries, methods and CD, he loved. :-) Food doesn't look like much in the consumer's turmoil but i'm sure this readership has many stories and anecdotes about " this one person " who gave the simplest timely, opportune advice and literally saved a life once. take care eric
