Greetings Members (particularly in the DC Metro Area):

Tracye McQuirter's is about to get busy again. Follow the link below for her Latest News Letter and check out the site while there. After visiting the site don't get bent out of shape about it not advocating raw. We all had to begin somewhere and some of us are still taking baby steps. At least there's no "meat" going on there.

Tracye, in my opinion is doing an excellent job with her mission to educate the public on healthy eating and nutrition, particularly in areas where it's needed most. In an interview yesterday on WPFW (in DC) she drove home two very important facts which were:

1. Eating healthy does not mean that you must become a vegetarian.

2. If you know how to make a dead bird taste good then you can certainly make fruits and vegetables taste good.

I'm sure that all of us have friends and family who consume meats and vow that they will continue. But we, in our own way, continue to throw hints their way with hopes that sites like "byanygreensnecessary.com" just might turn their head.

Last week I recommended a friend who is having health issues to Tracye so that she could enroll in the VSDC's Eat Smart nutrition program being facilitated by Tracye. There's much to learn in this program. Five years ago in an attempt to help my granddaughter, we both attended and there were quite a few things to my surprise, that I learned and have used to compliment my raw vegetarian lifestyle.

Why not bookmark the site for future reference?
