I've got the menu for Great Sage and the Line Up for Raw Spirit. Please note: I have NO INPUT on the menu at Great Sage. I have tried. It's not great food combining. Please tell them so if you care and come to the dinner. That's how to really change it.

Menu for Great Sage:Amuse: Tropical Fruit Salsa on dehydrated Kiwi 1st Course: Coconut-Lemongrass Soup with Thai Basil, Ginger, and Juiced Fuji Apple 2nd Course: Trio of Raspberry Salad with Baby Buttercrunch and Persimmon Crouton

3rd Course: Papaya and Mango Mint Tart with Scraped Vanilla Seed Coulis Intermezzo: Yuzu Snow (I don't know what this is -- guess we'll find out at dinner!)Dessert: Raw Chocolate Coconut Mousse with dried Banana Chips and Sweet Potato Tumble-weed
