I'm new to this and I really need support as I'm finding that my friends/family

For starters, I highly recommend you join & attend events with the Northern Virginia Raw Meetup group, along with the Maryland & DC Raw Food Community Meetup Group. There's also a Raw Food Support Meetup coordinated by Sharon Greenspan, the same woman who coordinates the Raw Food Community Meetup I just mentioned. For excellent startup recipes, I recommend you check out www.living-foods.com and www.rawfoodinfo.com, but be sure to replace any mention of *honey* with raw organic agave nectar or raw organic yacon syrup (for a molasses flavor). I hope to see you at one of these future meetups.
