Here are a few Green Tips that I stumbled across last month. I'm about a month late sending this but we can still use them.

How to Make an Easy Natural Non-Toxic Insect RepellentRecipe:½ cup of hot peppers2 cups of waterWhen making it wear rubber gloves because peppers can cause irritation. Puree peppers and water in a blender. Strain the liquid through a cheese cloth. Apply what is needed to solve the problem.

 

 

How to Make A Natural Non-Toxic Antibacterial Spray1cup water20 drops pure essential oil of lavenderPour the water into a spray bottle. Add lavender oil and shake to blend. Spray on the surface and let set for at least 15 minutes, or don't rinse at all.

 

 

How to Make Natural Non-toxic ToothpastePour a 1/2 cup of Baking Soda into a mixing bowl and then add a 1/4 cup of hydrogen peroxide. Put a drop of peppermint oil in the mix. Mix well until you get a paste. If needed keep adding hydrogen peroxide and baking soda until you get the right consistency. Store in a glass container.

 

Place lots of Indoor Plants in your Home

Put indoor plants in your home, why? They create oxygen in the air and neutralize toxins. Your sacred lungs are flooded with a huge amount of environmental toxins. Your sacred lungs use mucus to both excrete and trap the toxins. Have you ever had a "runny nose" or cough? Usually that means the body is getting rid of toxins. One of the things mucus does is traps incoming toxins, and the lungs destroy them with enzymes. Widespread in America you have secondhand cigarette smoke, smog, car and diesel exhaust, dust and much more. However, according to the EPA indoor pollution is worse than outdoor pollution. Plants, air purifiers (with hepa filters) and salt crystal lamps are some of the best ways to fight indoor pollution. Some of the best plants for this purpose include:
