Registered Dietitian Mark Rifkin will show us all how to

stretch our food dollars to the limit without compromising our health in the process. These dinner events are a great way to meet lots of friendly, like minded people. We have a beautiful space for our meetings, the food is wonderful, and your dish just might win you an award; we vote on the two favorite dishes of the evening! And if you can lend a hand in contacting some of our members by phone with a reminder, please get back to me and I’ll send you a message and a list of 20-25 people to call. It usually takes callers 45 minutes or less to complete the calls and leave messages. Your help would be most appreciated! As always at these dinners, we will have a nice selection of books for sale, and we will have quite a few library books on nutrition and the vegetarian lifestyle that can be checked out by dues paying Earthsave members. And we will have tickets available at our dinner for Earthsave’s 4th Annual Earth Friendly Food

Choices speaking event. See more below. It's good stuff! Please join us if you can!
