Lynda's arms have a long reach in that she helps all that she can who decides to take control of their health. Little steps can lead to big steps. Categorized | Health, Lifestyle, That Black Girl Blogs Tags : collard green recipe Recipe of the Week: La Collard’s Posted on 13 March 2009 Tags: collard green recipe 16 oz, Frozen Collard Greens 4 ripe Plum Tomatoes 1 Medium sized Onion 1/2 cup Sun dried tomatoes 1/2 cup mild Salsa2 cloves of garlic1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil pinch Cayenne PepperSalt to tastePeel the onion and cut into thin slicesHeat the olive oil in a large potSauté onions and garlic until onions are transparentAdd collard greens (allow greens to sauté for 5 minutes)Slice tomatoes into thin slices, add to sauteé potSauté the mixture until tomatoes create a sauceAdd 1/2 cup of salsaCover with 2 cups waterSlice sun-dried tomatoes, into thin stripsAdd sundried tomatoes to potSalt to tasteAdd a pinch of Cayenne pepperAllow Greens to cook for 50 minutes or until tender.
