Greetings All, (and Khep)

I was wondering if we could share a dialogue on Liver and Kidney Flushes? I'm sure we've touched on this topic before but life's environment is forever changing and we are cupped dead in the middle of it. Our foods, water and air are becoming more and more tainted and having a significant effect on our internal organs whether we want to acknowlege it or not. Alternatively, I'd like to think there's always something we can do to counter some of the resulting affects.

Last Spring, Ron and I did a liver and kidney flush. The kidney flush was as easy and tasty as a good desert but the liver flush? Oh boy! So as not to deter any new comers I won't go into detail but my desire is to find an herbal alternative this year. I simply cannot use the previous formula again.

Khep, I remember you spoke of and experienced a liver flush a few years back. Do you know of any herbal alternatives that work as well?

I'd appreciate any information any of you may have to share on this subject. I will post my recipe for the kidney flush in 's "File" section.

BELOW IS INFORMATION TO BE CONSIDERED.

A goal of any liver support formula should be to:

Detoxify and nourishes the liver with all natural herbs. Promote the expulsion of metabolic by-products, like toxins and other wastes. Promote overall improved liver and gallbladder health. Create support for a healthy hormonal system.

Symptoms of Liver Disease:

Dark colored urine Light-colored stools Jaundice (Abnormal yellow discoloration seen on the skin and in the eyes.) Nausea and vomiting Loss of appetite Abdominal pain Abdominal swelling Vomiting blood or bloody/black stools Feeling tired and fatigued Itching of the skin Loss of libido

Remain Focused and Good Health to You

Elaine
